Oh that's too bad, I will have to put it on my San Francisco to do list instead. Got a good alternative in downtown SJ?

Hey Chris~ The Asqew Grill closed their San Jose locations back in April/May. :( Their SF-Marina restaurant is still open and a couple of other locations, too, I think -- East Bay, maybe? I'm really surprised their GREAT-food-at-reasonable-prices offering didn't catch on. (Actually not sure what the whole story is since the place always seemed pretty busy when I was in there... maybe they tried to grow too quickly?)

I think The San Jose Good Life is one of CA's best-kept secrets, but I'd readily admit to being a little more laid-back than folks who prefer SF, LA or SD. I'm more into morning hikes than nightlife. ;)
